CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 24, 2023 and on May 1, 2023, the House Committee on Corrections authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Corrections held on April 12, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 12, 2023, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 12:26 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Kacal; Allen; Jones, Venton; Lopez, Ray; Sherman, Sr.; Swanson; and Toth.

 

A quorum was present.
