CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 1, 2023, the House Committee on Corrections authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Corrections held on April 17, 2023. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2023, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 2:10 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Allen; Jones, Venton; Lopez, Ray; Sherman, Sr.; and Swanson.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 1004

 

The chair laid out SB 1004.

 

The chair moved that SB 1004, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion failed by the following record vote:
