Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 19, 2023, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 2:24 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Kacal; Allen; Lopez, Ray; Swanson; and Toth.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 3363 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

The chair moved that HB 3363, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).
