Pursuant to a notice posted on April 19, 2023, revised twice on April 20, 2023 and April 21, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 20, 2023, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 11:06 a.m.
