Pursuant to a notice posted on March 17, 2023, and permission granted on March 21, 2023, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Health Care Reform, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 11:40 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Howard; Bonnen; Bucy; Frank; Klick; Morales, Eddie; Oliverson; Price; and Rose.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 12 as pending business.

 

The chair moved that HB 12, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
