Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 2, 2023, the House Committee on Health Care Reform, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 12:17 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Howard; Bonnen; Frank; Morales, Eddie; Oliverson; Price; and Rose.

The chair laid out SB 2193, the companion to HB 3317.

The chair moved that SB 2193, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

At 12:19 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
