Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2023, revised on May 9, 2023, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 9, 2023, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 9:03 a.m.
