Pursuant to a notice posted on April 28, 2023, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Capriglione, at 8:00 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Capriglione; Lambert; Bhojani; Leo-Wilson; and VanDeaver.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 2382

 

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which HB 2382, as substituted, was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

 

The chair moved that HB 2382, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
