Pursuant to a notice posted on May 5, 2025, and permission granted on May 6, 2025, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 10:31 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hunter; Rose; Canales; Gerdes; Harris; Hernandez; Leach; Lopez, Janie; and Tepper.

A quorum was present.

Pursuant to Rule 4, Section 41, the chair moved that HB 113 be returned to the Committee on Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence.

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

Nays:                           None (0).

At 10:32 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
